Hurricane Gustav

As you can see we tried to make the most out of no electricity. We even were trying to make potty training an adventure by using a flash light. It was very interesting to say the least! He even rode his bike around the house.

As many of you know, Luke LOVES Elvis. We found a tribute to him on tv and as you can see he sat there and watched the entire show! *Stay tuned for pictures from Graceland*

Look at my sweet "big boy"-as Luke says. I don't get many of these "still" moments so I cherish them when I can.

My Room

Look, I finally finished the paintings for Luke's room. He has thoroughly enjoyed looking at them as well as trying to take them down.

Balloon Festival

Erin and I took Luke to the Balloon Festival in August. He had a great time running around looking at all of the brightly colored balloons. He liked the countdown for the balloon glow-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1!!!

We could see the balloons on our way to school in the mornings and Luke would say, "Look Momma, do you see that balloon, I do!"

What a Busy Boy!!

Luke was a busy boy this weekend! He went to Home Depot with Paw Paw to do a project, he went to a birthday party, and got a girlfriend! Here are some pics...
